At AETEA, we strive to deliver only the highest-quality organic sparkling tea to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items once they have been delivered, except in the following cases:

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

Products damaged during transit

Incorrect items received

To qualify for a refund or replacement, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Opened or consumed bottles

Items returned without prior communication
